本サービスは、サービス提供および改善のため、以下の情報を取得します。

• ユーザーが作成したプロジェクト・ボード・生成物のメタデータ
• 支払い情報 — 有料プランのお支払い情報は Stripe, Inc. が取り扱い、当方はカード番号を保有しません。
• サービス利用ログ（IP アドレス、ブラウザ情報、操作履歴、レート制限カウンタ等）
• お問い合わせ時にご提供いただく内容

• 本サービスの提供、運用、保守
• アカウント認証、課金、解約処理
• 不正利用の検知、防止
• サービス改善、新機能の開発のための統計的分析
• 重要なお知らせ、利用規約・本ポリシーの変更通知
• お問い合わせへの回答

※ 上記のうち課金・解約処理に関する目的は、有料プランをご利用の場合に適用されます。

本サービスは、サービス提供のため以下の第三者へ個人情報の取扱いを委託しています。

• Neon, Inc.（米国／データセンターはシンガポール）— データベース基盤（アカウント、プロジェクト、ボード、生成物のメタデータ）。
• Modal Labs, Inc.（米国）— 画像生成。レンダリングのため、 プロンプトおよびユーザーが指定した参照画像・背景画像を送信します。
• Google LLC（米国／アプリケーションは東京リージョンでホスティング）— アプリケーションホスティング（Google Cloud Run）およびアカウント認証（Google Identity Platform）。

上記以外の第三者への提供は、法令に基づく場合または利用者の同意がある場合に限ります。

上記の委託先は米国、シンガポール、および日本（東京リージョン）に所在し、個人情報はこれらの国・地域へ移転・保管されます。 これらの事業者は SOC 2 / ISO 27001 等の認証を取得しており、適切な安全管理措置を講じています。

個人情報は利用目的の達成に必要な期間のみ保管します。アカウント削除時、または最後のアクセスから 2 年経過時のいずれか早い時点で、 バックアップを含め合理的な期間内に削除します。法令上保管が義務付けられる情報（取引記録など）はこの限りではありません。

利用者は、自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等を当方に請求することができます。 請求は {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} までご連絡ください。

EU/EEA、英国、カリフォルニア州、その他類似の法域に居住する利用者は、それぞれ GDPR、UK GDPR、CCPA 等に基づく権利を有します。

本サービスは、表示言語の設定を保持するための機能上必要な Cookie（archvista:locale）を1つのみ使用します。 認証には Cookie を使用せず（Bearer トークンを利用します）、広告・解析目的の Cookie は設定しません。 この Cookie はブラウザ設定から削除・ブロックできます。

本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じます。

• Authenticate accounts, process payments, handle cancellations
• Detect and prevent abuse
• Aggregate analytics to improve the service

• Respond to your inquiries

The billing and cancellation purposes above apply when you subscribe to a paid plan.

We share data with the following processors to operate the service:

• Neon, Inc. (US; data center in Singapore) — database (accounts, projects, boards, and generated-content metadata)
• Modal Labs, Inc. (US) — image generation; your prompt and any reference/background images you provide are sent for rendering
• Google LLC (US; application hosted in the Tokyo region) — application hosting (Google Cloud Run) and account authentication (Google Identity Platform)

The processors above operate in the United States, Singapore, and Japan (the Tokyo region); your personal information is transferred to and stored in those locations. These providers maintain SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certifications.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary, and in any case no longer than two (2) years after your last activity, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal information at {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. If you reside in the EU/EEA, UK, California, or another similar jurisdiction, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively.

We use a single functional cookie (archvista:locale) to remember your language preference so pages render in your chosen language. We do not use cookies for authentication — sign-in uses bearer tokens — and we set no advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear or block it in your browser settings.

We may amend this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
